The rules
Please read our Race Rules before entering any of our races. These also detail the equipment you must carry when running. Please be aware that we do spot checks at the beginning of all our races and any runner who does not abide by the rules will not be able to compete and will forfeit their entry fee. If you are timed out at a checkpoint or choose to retire at one please immediately return to the finish and notify the CFRA team of your return by handing in your unused tally(ies) and confirming the last checkpoint you passed through. Your safety is all important to us.
The routes
Please note as listed with the FRA all of the CFRA races are to be run WITHOUT GPS or other electronic navigation aids. If an electronic navigation device is carried, it is only to be used as a safety aid. If used, the runner will be deemed to have retired from the race.
The route maps are a guide only to help you transfer details of checkpoints to your ordnance survey map which must accompany any runner entering our races as specified in our Race Rules.
